    串聯(lián)諧振式中頻電源的節(jié)能效果分析

    Analysis on Energy-saving Effectiveness of Application of Series Resonance Medium Frequency Power Supply to Pipe Induction Heating

    • 摘要: 串聯(lián)諧振是中頻電源的一種諧振形式。介紹了中頻電源電路的基本原理，比較分析了串聯(lián)諧振和并聯(lián)諧振的工作特性，通過(guò)在鋼管加熱中的應(yīng)用實(shí)例來(lái)證明串聯(lián)諧振顯著的節(jié)能效果，指出在鋼管加熱中采用串聯(lián)諧振式中頻電源具有顯著的節(jié)能價(jià)值。

       

      Abstract: Series resonance is one of the resonance types of medium-frequency power supply.Here in the article the basic principle of the medium frequency power supply circuit is described，and the working characteristics of series resonance and those of parallel resonance are comparatively analyzed.The obvious energy-saving effectiveness of series resonance method is proved with actual application examples thereof in steel pipe heating process.It is concluded that using series resonance medium frequency power supply for steel pipe heating can bring about significant energy-saving effectiveness.
