摘要: 介紹了“圓螺紋連接不粘扣接箍”、“油田用高連接強(qiáng)度圓螺紋套管(HS-RTC)”、“高氣密偏梯形螺紋套管(HT-BTC)”等技術(shù)和專利。圓螺紋連接不粘扣接箍專利是通過(guò)增大接箍螺紋起始牙的節(jié)徑,采用一小段“引入螺紋”作過(guò)渡的接箍來(lái)消除粘扣現(xiàn)象的;HS-RTC專利是利用圓螺紋套管的黑皮螺紋參加連接來(lái)提高連接強(qiáng)度的;HT-BTC技術(shù)是將API偏梯形螺紋套管(BTC)的管端加工成圓弧形的軸向過(guò)盈金屬密封面,縮短接箍長(zhǎng)度,使接箍連接的兩支套管的端面在油田緊扣后緊密封時(shí),相互接觸壓緊,形成封閉的金屬密封環(huán),由此來(lái)提高密封性能。Abstract: Introduced here in the paper are three thread connection-related techniques / patents,namely,the "Non-thread Sticking Coupling with Round Thread Connection",the "Oil Field Service Casing with High Strength Round Thread Connection" (HS-RTC) and the "High Airtight Buttress Threaded Casing" (HT-BTC).The patent of "Non-thread Sticking Coupling with Round Thread Connection" involves such a technique to eliminate thread sticking with bigger pitch circle of the initial threads of the coupling and a small transitional section of "lead-in threads".The patent of the HS-RTC is of a solution to enhance connection strength with the black threads of the round threaded casing.And the technique of the HT-BTC provides a solution to enhance the airtight performance of the API buttress threaded casing(BTC) by means of machining the casing end face into a curved axial shrink metal-tight surface and reducing the coupling length so as to ensure that when each two casings are coupled at site the end faces of them are strongly pressing against each other to form a metal seal ring.
