    用連鑄圓坯直接軋制20G鋼管的生產(chǎn)工藝及鋼管性能

    MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR DIRECT ROLLING OF 20G STEEL TUBES WITH CC ROUNDS AND PRODUCT PROPERTIES

    • 摘要: 介紹了用連鑄圓坯直接軋制高壓鍋爐管的生產(chǎn)工藝過程。統(tǒng)計分析了鑄坯的低倍質(zhì)量,化學(xué)成分,并按GB5310-95的要求,檢測了不同規(guī)格20G鋼管的各項性能。結(jié)果表明,用連鑄圓坯直接軋制,完全能夠生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的20G鋼管。

       

      Abstract: Introduced in the article is the manufacturing process for direct rolling of hi-pressure boiler tubes with CC rounds.Based on relevant statistics,the macro quality and chemical composition of the cast round were analysed,and all the properties of the 20G steel tubes of different sizes were tested as per relevant requirements as specified in GB 5310 95.The results show that high quality 20G steel tubes can be produced by means of direct rolling with CC rounds.
