摘要: 把平面變形的特萊斯加屈服條件應(yīng)用于輥式彎曲方矩管的成型研究,通過(guò)解析彎曲部位的應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律,說(shuō)明應(yīng)力中性層內(nèi)移位置,可為確定帶鋼的展開(kāi)寬度和彎曲變形程度提供工藝依據(jù)。Abstract: Applying the Tresca yield criteria of planar deformation to the research on the roll-bending formation of the square tube, the law of stress distribution of the bent area is analyzed, resulting in the determination of the inward shifting position of the stress neutral layer and thus providing technological basis for determining the spreading width and bending deformation level of the strip.
