    阿塞爾軋管機(jī)組軋制規(guī)格范圍的確定

    SETTING OF PRODUCT-MIX OF ASSEL PIPE MILL

    • 摘要: 總結(jié)了引進(jìn)的阿塞爾軋管機(jī)熱負(fù)荷試車及試生產(chǎn)情況。通過不同徑壁比荒管的軋制,實(shí)現(xiàn)了擴(kuò)徑減壁、等徑減壁和減徑減壁三種軋制形式,從而確定了阿塞爾軋管機(jī)組的軋制規(guī)格范圍。

       

      Abstract: The paper summarizes the hot-test and start-up of the Assel pipe mill imported from abroad.Based on trial operation concerning rolling of pipes with different D/S, three rolling modes have been set for the mill, i.e.O.D.expansion/W.T.reduction, equal-O.D./W.T.reduction and O.D./reduction/W.T.reduction, thus the mill's product-mix set up.
