    PID控制技術(shù)在鋼管水壓試驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用

    Application of PID Control Technique to Steel Tube Hydrostatic Test

    • 摘要: 介紹了PID調(diào)節(jié)控制器的控制原理和算法,并給出了PID參數(shù)選擇步驟。分析了如何利用PID調(diào)節(jié)控制器來控制鋼管水壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)。實(shí)際應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,PID控制能很好地實(shí)現(xiàn)水壓快速增壓,并能消除保壓時(shí)的波動(dòng),提高水壓試驗(yàn)的節(jié)奏和精度,滿足水壓試驗(yàn)控制要求。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the article are the main aspects of the PID controller,covering the control principle,calculation method as well as the parameter selection steps,etc.,and how to use it to control operation of the tube hydrostatic test.The actual operation practice demonstrates that the said control system is capable of making the testing machine well perform such functions as quick pressure-boosting,eliminating any pressure fluatuation in the period of duration,and speeding up operation cycles and enhancing testing accuracy,etc.,having met all the control requirements of the tester.
