    15Cr1Mo1V高壓鍋爐管的開發(fā)及其高溫組織穩(wěn)定性研究

    Development of 15Cr1Mo1V High-pressure Boiler Pipe and Study on Stability of its High-temperature Structure

    • 摘要: 15Cr1Mo1V是俄羅斯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的高壓鍋爐管用鋼牌號(hào),該鋼種具有較高的熱強(qiáng)性和高溫抗氧化性,在俄羅斯以及我國的電廠均有應(yīng)用。介紹15Cr1Mo1V鋼管的生產(chǎn)工藝,檢驗(yàn)成品鋼管的室溫力學(xué)性能、四象限硬度性能及金相組織,分析其組織穩(wěn)定性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:15Cr1Mo1V鋼管的成分設(shè)計(jì)和熱處理工藝合理,產(chǎn)品性能優(yōu)良,全部檢驗(yàn)性能符合ТУ14-3P-55—2001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;成品15Cr1Mo1V鋼管組織為F+B,組織均勻,無黃塊狀組織;該產(chǎn)品在高溫下的組織穩(wěn)定性好。

       

      Abstract: The 15Cr1Mo1V steel specified as a steel type in relevant Russian standard for hi-pressure boiler pipe.This steel is in possession of rather high heat resistance and high-temperature oxidation resistance, having been widely used in power plants both in China and Russia.Elaborated here in the paper are the main aspects of the 15Cr1Mo1V steel tube, including the manufacturing process, inspection and testing of the ambient mechanical properties, the 4-quarant hardness and the metallographic structure.Moreover the structural consistency of the tube is analyzed.The test results show that both the chemical composition design of and the heat treatment process for the tube are proper, and the product performances are excellent, all the properties as tested are up to the requirements as specified in Specification ТУ 14-3P-55-2001;micro-structure of the finished tube is F+B, being homogeneous, and free of any yellow block structure;and at high temperature the tube presents satisfactory structural stability.
