    螺旋焊管波浪壓痕的消除

    Elimination of Waved Impression Mark of Spiral Welded Tube

    • 摘要: 簡要介紹和分析了螺旋焊管生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的波浪壓痕及其成因,并給出了消除方法。通過生產(chǎn)實踐證明,在螺旋焊管生產(chǎn)過程中,經(jīng)過理論計算,只要能準(zhǔn)確地給出成型器1~3號微型輥組的位置參數(shù),就能夠消除焊管管體的波浪壓痕。

       

      Abstract: Briefed and discussed are the waved impression mark of the spiral welded tube as caused during the manufacturing process,the causes for such defect and the countermeasures.Relevant manufacturing practice shows that it is possible to eliminate the said waved impression mark during the operation process by means of ac-curately setting the mini-roll groups No.1 ~ 3 of the forming apparatus via theoretic calculation.
