    34Mn6鋼N80鋼級石油套管熱處理工藝研究

    Research on Heat Treatment Process for 34Mn6-N80 Oil Casing

    • 摘要: 通過正交試驗，研究了熱處理工藝因素對石油套管力學(xué)性能的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明，在鋼管熱處理時淬火加熱溫度、冷卻液溫度、回火加熱溫度和回火加熱時間是影響N80鋼級石油套管力學(xué)性能的主要參數(shù)。

       

      Abstract: Influence by the factors involved in the heat treatment process on the mechanical properties of theoil casing is analyzed by means of relevant orthogonal test. The test result shows that during heat treatment of the34Mn6-N80 oil casing, the key parameters responsible for mechanical properties of it include heating temperaturefor quench, coolant temperature and heating temperature/time for temper.
