Development Design of 40MN Hydrostatic Testing Line for Large-sized Straight Weld Pipe and its Liquid System

摘要: 為滿足鋼管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對大直徑鋼管進(jìn)行承壓能力試驗的需求,太原重型機械集團(tuán)有限公司設(shè)計開發(fā)了大直徑直縫焊管用40MN水壓試驗機。該水壓試驗機組試驗壓力高,適應(yīng)產(chǎn)品規(guī)格廣,生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏快。簡述了該機組的設(shè)備構(gòu)成、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)及試驗流程;重點介紹了該機組流體系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備組成和參數(shù)設(shè)計以及設(shè)計特點等。

Abstract: To meet the demand by steel tube makers for pressure testing of large-sized steel tubes,a 40 MN hydrostatic testing line for large-sized straight welded tubes is development-designed by Taiyuan Heavy-duty Machinery Corp.,Ltd. The testing line features high test pressure,broad size range and quick operation cycle. Briefed here are the equipment composition,main technical data and testing process flow of the line. Focused on are the equipment configuration,data design and design characteristics of the liquid system as an integrated part of the hydrostatic testing line.
