關(guān)于直縫埋弧焊管擴(kuò)徑工具修復(fù)技術(shù)的探討

Discussion on Technique for Repairing Expanding Tools of SAWL Pipe Mill

摘要: 在直縫埋弧焊管的重復(fù)擴(kuò)徑過程中,機(jī)械擴(kuò)徑機(jī)擴(kuò)徑工具中的錐體容易損傷,需要進(jìn)行修復(fù),但目前國內(nèi)對損傷嚴(yán)重的工具還沒有較好的修復(fù)技術(shù)。介紹了機(jī)械擴(kuò)徑機(jī)擴(kuò)徑工具易損件的各種修復(fù)方法,并對各種方法的應(yīng)用范圍和優(yōu)缺點進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),提出了適合國內(nèi)廠家使用的兩種修復(fù)方法,即電刷鍍修復(fù)技術(shù)和激光熔覆與熱噴涂復(fù)合修復(fù)技術(shù)。

Abstract: During the repeatedly-expanding process of the SAWL pipe,among the operation tools of the mechanical expanding machine,the taper part is often damaged,and thus needs to be repaired. However at present no satisfactory repair technique for seriously damaged taper tool is available at home. Elaborated in the article are different methods for repairing the wear parts used as operation tools of the said expanding machine. The application scope,and advantages and disadvantages of each of the methods is analyzed and summarized. As a result,two repair methods which are suitable for relevant domestic manufacturers are proposed,i.e.,the electric brush-coating process and the combined process of laser fusion coating + hot spray coating.
