    PRACTICE OF CENTERING PROCESS FOR BLOOM FOR TUBE-MAKING

    • 摘要: 介紹了Φ102mm CPE機(jī)組采用定心與不定心管坯軋制,其鋼管成品壁厚的對(duì)比測(cè)量情況。實(shí)踐證明,采用定心管坯,產(chǎn)品的壁厚精度得到明顯的改善。

       

      Abstract: The co-authors introduce the comparison of measurements of wall thickness of the finished tubes made of centered blooms and non-centered blooms with the Φ102mm CPE pipe mill.Relevant operational practice shows that the centered bloom can contribute to significant improvement of W.T. accuracy of the finished product.
