    Process and Equipment for Φ100 mm 3-roll Mandrel Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 介紹某公司Φ100 mm 三輥連軋管機(jī)組的建設(shè)情況、產(chǎn)品大綱、工藝方案和主要設(shè)備選型。分析認(rèn)為:該套機(jī)組軋制的鋼管幾何尺寸精度高,可以軋制最薄壁厚3.5 mm 的成品鋼管;投產(chǎn)兩個(gè)月生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏已經(jīng)達(dá)到35 s/支,接近預(yù)期目標(biāo);鋼管切損率在3%~5%,實(shí)際成材率90.0%~90.5%,需要控制鋼管中間掉隊(duì)數(shù)量,進(jìn)一步提高成材率;采用隧道式牌坊的連軋管機(jī),換機(jī)架有難度;換輥用時(shí)較長,后期需要優(yōu)化換輥機(jī)構(gòu)降低換輥難度,縮短換輥時(shí)間;二期熱處理生產(chǎn)線的投產(chǎn),可以大幅度提高鋼管的附加值。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the article is the construction status of a domestic Φ100 mm 3-roll mandrel pipe mill line, involving such aspects as the product mix, the technological schedule and the characteristics of the major equipment units as selected. It is regarded via relevant analysis that the said mill line is capable of producing steel tubes with high geometric dimensional tolerances,and producing finished tubes with minimum wall thickness up to 3.5 mm.After two month continuous operation,the production cycle of the mill line has been up to 35 s/piece,being very close to the expected target. The steel tube cropping loss rate is within 3%~5%,while the actual yield is 90.0%~90.5%,which indicates that the amount of the straggling steel tubes has to be well controlled so as to further enhance the yield.Finally it is pointed out that the existing tunnel-shaped frame of the mill causes rather difficult and time-killing roll-stand change operation of the mill,and accordingly the roll-changeover device has to be optimized to reduce the said difficulty and the roll changing time.
