摘要: 介紹了山東煙臺(tái)鋼管總廠Φ114mm。二輥斜軋穿孔機(jī)后臺(tái)定心輥的布置、定心輥的結(jié)構(gòu)及其氣缸行程調(diào)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)和雙行程氣缸結(jié)構(gòu)等的改進(jìn)情況。改進(jìn)后使用效果良好。Abstract: The introduction concerns the modification of the outlet-table centering roll assembly of the Φ114mm 2-high rotary piercer located at Yantai Steel Tube Plant,Shangdong,involving such aspects as roll arrangement,roll pin structure,pneuma-cylinder stroke-setting mechanism and structure of the dual-stroke pneuma-cylinder system. Operational result of the modified centering roll assembly was satisfactory.
