Design Analysis of Spiral Path of Horizontal Spiral Accumulator

摘要: 活套是保證高頻直縫焊管自動化生產(chǎn)不可缺少的重要設(shè)備,起到確保儲料、供料以及主軋機連續(xù)工作的作用。以Φ219 mm活套為例,介紹了臥式螺旋活套螺旋料道的主要結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計原理,并闡明了臥式螺旋活套關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)的理論設(shè)計依據(jù)。Abstract: As an indispensable unit of the automatic production line of high frequency straight welded tubes, the spiral accumulator plays a role of material storing and charging to ensure continuous operation of the production line. Taking the Ф219 mm accumulator as an example, the design principle concerning the main structure of the spiral path of the horizontal spiral accumulator are described, while the theoretic design basis of the key structure of the said accumulator is elaborated.
