Manufacturing Equipment and Technology of State-of-the-art Φ219 mm Assel Pipe Mill

摘要: 簡(jiǎn)要介紹了天津鋼管集團(tuán)股份有限公司于2005年新建的現(xiàn)代Φ219mm阿塞爾軋管機(jī)組的設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)量、規(guī)格品種、生產(chǎn)工藝流程、主要設(shè)備組成及工藝裝備優(yōu)勢(shì)、工藝特點(diǎn),以及該機(jī)組投產(chǎn)以來的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)情況及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量水平等。阿塞爾軋管機(jī)適宜小批量、多規(guī)格、多品種的生產(chǎn)方式,更適宜生產(chǎn)中厚壁和厚壁無縫鋼管,生產(chǎn)的厚壁無縫鋼管的壁厚精度較高。

Abstract: Briefed in the article are the designed capacity, product mix and manufacturing process flow of state-of-the-art Φ219 mm Assel pipe mill as recently-built by Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd.Also detailed are such aspects of the mill as the equipment configuration and the advantages of the process equipment, the process features and product development and product quality as have made since the start up of the mill.The Assel mill is capable of flexible production with multi-sizes and multi types in small quantities, and particularly applicable to manufacture of medium and heavy wall pipes with rather high tolerances.
