    P110級石油套管的研制

    DEVELOPMENT OF P110 GRADE OIL CASINGS

    • 摘要: 本文介紹了用普通低合金鋼經(jīng)直接淬火后回火生產(chǎn)φ339.7×12.19mm大口徑P110級石油套管的工藝和性能。經(jīng)檢驗證明,套管的機械性能和尺寸精度完全達到了美國API標準的要求。

       

      Abstract: The production process and Properties of P110 grade large oil casings of φ339.7×12.19mm produced from common low-alloy steel with the heat treatment system of direct quenching followed by tempering are described. The test result shows that the mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy of the casings fully meet the requirements specified by American API standard.
