    無縫鋼管自動(dòng)超聲波檢測(cè)方法研究

    Study on Automated Ultrasonic Testing Method for Seamless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 分析無縫鋼管的主要缺陷形式,應(yīng)用超聲波檢測(cè)方法對(duì)無縫鋼管進(jìn)行自動(dòng)檢測(cè),主要研究檢測(cè)方法、探頭排列、檢測(cè)閘門設(shè)置、對(duì)比樣管設(shè)計(jì)和檢測(cè)結(jié)果顯示等方面。分析結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用自動(dòng)超聲波檢測(cè)方法可保證無縫鋼管中各個(gè)方向的缺陷(縱向、橫向和分層)100%檢測(cè),實(shí)時(shí)顯示鋼管缺陷在每個(gè)檢測(cè)通道中的缺陷位置和分布情況;檢測(cè)結(jié)果可永久性記錄,實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)超聲波檢測(cè)結(jié)果長(zhǎng)久保存和可追溯要求。

       

      Abstract: The major types of defects of seamless steel tubes are analyzed.The automated ultrasonic testing (AUT)method is adopted to detect defects on seamless steel tubes.The detecting method, the probe arrangement, the detecting gate settings, the design of reference blocks and the display of testing results are studied.The analysis shows that the AUT method can guarantee a 100%detecting coverage of the longitudinal, transversal and layered defects on all directions of a seamless steel tube and display in real time the positions and distributions of the defects in each detecting channel.The testing results can be permanently recorded so as to realize the permanent storing and retrieving of the AUT detecting results.
