    Development of HSM770 Seamless Steel Tube for Crawler Crane Boom

    • 摘要: 目前我國起重機(jī)臂架用高強(qiáng)度鋼管仍然全部依賴進(jìn)口。介紹了湖南衡陽鋼管(集團(tuán))有限公司開發(fā)履帶式起重機(jī)臂架用HSM770無縫鋼管的情況。檢驗結(jié)果表明,開發(fā)的履帶式起重機(jī)臂架用HSM770無縫鋼管的力學(xué)性能能夠滿足使用要求,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益良好。

       

      Abstract: The high-strength steel tubes for Crawler crane boom.have been so far totally imported from abroad.Elaborated in the paper is the development of the HSM770 seamless steel tube for the said purpose by Hunan Hengyang Steel Tube(Group) Co.,Ltd.Relevant testing result demonstrates that the newly-developed tube is satisfactory to the application requirements in terms of mechanical properties,which has brought about considerable economic benefit.
