    高頻焊管鑄鋼軋輥材料的研究

    DEVELOPMENT OF CAST STEEL-MADE ROLL OF HI-FREQUENCY WELDED PIPE MILL

    • 摘要: 研制的高頻焊管用高碳高鉻鑄鋼ZGCr14MoVW軋輥,采用高溫固溶等溫轉(zhuǎn)變預(yù)處理工藝可解決用鑄造方法生產(chǎn)高碳高鉻鋼所產(chǎn)生的網(wǎng)狀碳化物分布和機械加工困難的問題。該材質(zhì)的軋輥壽命為GCr15鋼鍛造軋輥的5倍,并能多次修復(fù)再使用。介紹了該軋輥的化學(xué)成分、鑄造工藝、熱處理工藝等。

       

      Abstract: The newly developed roll for hi-frequency welded pipe mill is made of a hi-C & Cr contented cast steel,ZGCr14MoVW treated with the pre-treatment process of hi-temperature solution isothermal transformation which produces no problems of network structure of carbide and hard machining caused by traditional casting process of hi-C & Cr contented steel.Service life of roll made of the said steel is five times longer than that of the forged roll of GCr15 steel with muh high reconditioning frequency. The paper covers such major aspects of the newly developed roll as material chemical composition,casting process as well as heat treatment technology.
