微張力減徑機自動控制系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)及應用

Development and Application of Automation Control System of Mini-stretch Reducing Mill

摘要: 介紹了安陽鋼鐵股份有限公司Φ130mm機組微張力減徑機的傳動原理、生產(chǎn)工藝及軋制過程、自動控制系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成及其原理。同時對系統(tǒng)軟件的設(shè)計思想、程序組成、硬件結(jié)構(gòu)進行了闡述,并簡述了系統(tǒng)的功能特點。根據(jù)運行中出現(xiàn)的問題,對系統(tǒng)硬件進行了改進,對軟件進行了優(yōu)化,使整個系統(tǒng)趨于完善。1年來的生產(chǎn)運行證明,該系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定可靠。

Abstract: The drive principle, production technology and rolling process, automation system constitution and principle, of the mini-stretch reducing mill of Φ130mm complex in Anyang Iron ＆＆ Steel Stock Corp., Ltd. are described. The design concept of the system software, the program constitution, the hardware structure as well as the system function features are clarified. The system hardware is innovated and the software system is optimized based on the problems occurred in operation so that the whole system is perfected. The system has been operating stably and reliably for one year.
