    鋼管的高壓水除鱗缺陷及對策

    Descaling-caused Defects of Steel Tube and Countermeasures Taken

    • 摘要: 鋼管的高壓水除鱗缺陷主要指鋼管表面麻面和二次氧化。簡要介紹了鋼管高壓水除鱗缺陷的產(chǎn)生原因以及防范措施。通過對鋼管高壓水除鱗設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和生產(chǎn)線上除鱗前后設(shè)備(再加熱爐、定徑機(jī)等)工藝參數(shù)的優(yōu)化,提高了鋼管的除鱗質(zhì)量。

       

      Abstract: The defects of the steel tube as caused during hi-pressure water descaling process mainly include pitted surface and the surface secondary oxidization.Briefed here in the paper are the descaling-related elements responsible for the said defects and relevant preventative actions.Thanks to the optimization of both the design parameters of the descaling equipment and the technological parameters of the equipment units located before and after the decaling system(i.e.the reheating furnace and the sizing mill,etc.)in the tube production line,the tube descaling performance is considerably improved.
