    鋼管專用電磁吊車的高精度定位系統(tǒng)

    High-Accuracy Positioning System of Electromagnetic Hoist for Pipe Handling

    • 摘要: 介紹了天津鋼管集團有限公司從意大利進口的3臺雙12.5 t、跨距34 m橋式電磁吊車的設(shè)備構(gòu)成、運行特點及調(diào)試與故障診斷的有關(guān)情況。該電磁吊車裝配有可編程序控制器及相應(yīng)的無級調(diào)速單元,設(shè)有手動、半自動、全自動操作,吊車在裝運鋼管時在X軸、Y軸、Z軸方向均能實現(xiàn)高精度定位。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article are the three Italy-made 12.5 t, 34m-span bridge type electromagnetic hoists of Tianjin Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., covering such aspects as the equipment cofiguration, operation characteristics, adjustment and fault-diagnosis. The hoists are capable of operating with high-accuracy positioning at X, Y and Z axial directions owing to the PLC and the stepless-speed regulating unit as well as the manual, semi-auto and full-auto operation modes.
