    Discussion on Application Technology of Modified Sinking EDM Sampling Machine

    • 摘要: 介紹一種改進(jìn)型電火花刻傷機(jī)，主要用于無(wú)損探傷對(duì)比樣管的制作。分析改進(jìn)型電火花刻傷機(jī)的工作原理和制作效果，探討其對(duì)工作環(huán)境的要求、操作工藝和及時(shí)檢測(cè)平底孔技術(shù)狀態(tài)的刻制工藝技術(shù)。改進(jìn)型電火花刻傷機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)了鋼管內(nèi)壁小直徑、大深度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)人工傷的制作，擴(kuò)展了無(wú)損探傷對(duì)比樣管的制作類(lèi)型。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article is a modified sinking EDM sampling machine which is mainly used to make NDT reference pipes.Discussed here are the main aspects of the said machine, including its operating principle, sampling effectiveness, working conditions as required, operation procedures, and the cutting technique for timely measuring the flat bottom hole technical status, etc.The modified sinking EDM sampling machine is capable of making small diameter, great depth standard artificial notches on steel pipe inner surface so as to get the NDT reference pipe type category enlarged.
