超高抗擠套管產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)

R & D of Extra-high Anti-collapse Oil Casing

摘要: 為了滿足油田對(duì)油井管更高抗擠性能的需求,寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司自2006年起立項(xiàng)開(kāi)展對(duì)超高抗擠套管的研發(fā),提出了通過(guò)織構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與組織控制生產(chǎn)超高抗擠套管的研發(fā)思路,設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的鋼種,獲得了超過(guò)API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壓潰值65%以上、對(duì)屈服強(qiáng)度不敏感的超高抗擠套管。介紹了此種套管的織構(gòu)特征及析出相特點(diǎn)。

Abstract: To meet the demand for the higher collapse resistance of OCTG by the oil field end-users, Baoshan Iron & Steel Corp. Ltd. has been, since 2006, engaged in a project for R & D of the extra-high anti-col- lapse oil casing. With the R & D approach of texture design and structure control to producing extra-high anti- collapse oil casing, the company has developed relevant steel type with its own IPR with which a kind of extra- high anti-collapse oil casing with a collapse value 65% higher than correspondent API value and insensitivity to yield strength is turned out. Also described here in the essay are the texture characteristics and the segregation phase characteristics of the said casing.
