    削尖軋制技術在Φ159mm FQM連軋管機上的開發(fā)和應用

    Development of Pipe-end Sharpening Technique with and Application to Φ159 mm FQM

    • 摘要: 介紹了連軋管機削尖軋制技術的原理、功能和技術特點, 以及削尖軋制的控制方法和難點。著重介紹了削尖軋制技術在Φ159mm三輥式限動芯棒連軋管機上的開發(fā)和應用情況。應用結果表明, 連軋管機采用削尖軋制技術能夠明顯減少鋼管的切頭尾長度, 尤其是生產小直徑鋼管能提高鋼管成材率1%~2%。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated are the main aspects of the pipe-end sharpening technique, covering the principle, function, technical features, and the control method and the key issues related to the rolling process with the sharpening technique. Focused on are the development of the said technique with the Φ159 mm FQM, and application thereto. Relevant operation result shows that thanks to the said sharpening technique, the crop length of the pipe can be considerably reduced, particularly for small-sized pipe production, the yield can be increased by 1%2%.
