高強(qiáng)韌性液壓支柱無(wú)縫鋼管的研制開發(fā)

摘要: 目前國(guó)內(nèi)開采煤炭用液壓支柱及礦用支架普遍采用27SiMn無(wú)縫鋼管,隨著煤炭工業(yè)的發(fā)展以及煤炭生產(chǎn)對(duì)安全性的更高要求,該鋼種無(wú)縫鋼管管體在大生產(chǎn)中熱處理后的力學(xué)性能已達(dá)不到高強(qiáng)度高韌性的要求。通過(guò)優(yōu)化鋼管的化學(xué)成分,研究生產(chǎn)工藝路線及冶煉工藝、熱處理工藝,成功開發(fā)出高強(qiáng)韌性液壓支柱用無(wú)縫鋼管并投入批量生產(chǎn)。使用結(jié)果表明,該產(chǎn)品的強(qiáng)韌性、焊接性能等滿足用戶要求。Abstract: The 27SiMn seamless steel tube is currently used for the purpose of coal-mining-used hydraulic prop and support for other mines in the country. Due to the development of the coal-mining industry and the more stringent safety requirements,the mechanical properties of such tubes as obtained from heat treatment in massive production process are no longer satisfactory to the end-user’ s requirement for high strength and high toughness. A kind of seamless steel tube with high strength & toughness for hydraulic prop service has been successfully developed,and massive production thereof has been started. The feedbacks from the end-users show that the high strength,toughness and weldability of the tube have been in compliance with their requirements.
