    Gleeble 3500 Thermal Mechanical Simulation Testing System and its NC Heat Torsion Unit

    • 摘要: 熱機(jī)械模擬是在不同加熱-受力的高溫動(dòng)態(tài)條件下研究材料力學(xué)性能、變形行為和物理冶金的經(jīng)濟(jì)而高效的實(shí)驗(yàn)手段。概述了熱機(jī)械物理模擬中所常用的單軸加載模式,在大應(yīng)變量試驗(yàn)條件下的應(yīng)用局限以及扭轉(zhuǎn)模擬試驗(yàn)所具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特點(diǎn);介紹了Gleeble 3500熱機(jī)械模擬試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)控?zé)崤まD(zhuǎn)單元及其性能參數(shù);討論了熱扭轉(zhuǎn)模擬技術(shù)在冶金產(chǎn)品及其工藝研發(fā)中的應(yīng)用。

       

      Abstract: Thermal mechanical simulation is a highly-efficient and economic experimental method for study-ing the mechanical properties,deformation behaviors and physical metallurgy of the material under different heating-loading elevated temperature dynamic conditions.Briefed are the commonly-used single-axel loading mode in thermal mechanical physical simulation,the application limit under the condition of large strain amount,and the advantages and characteristics of the torsion simulation test.Described here in the article are the NC heat tor-sion unit of the Gleeble 3500 thermal mechanical simulation testing system and its performance data.Also dis-cussed is the application of the heat torsion simulation technique to R & D of both metallurgical products and relevant technological processes.
