高速履帶式連續(xù)拉拔機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)研究

Research on Design of Hi-speed Crawler-type Continuous-drawing Pipe Mill

摘要: 介紹了連續(xù)拉拔機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)；通過凸輪式連續(xù)拉拔機(jī)與高速履帶式連續(xù)拉拔機(jī)的比較，分析了自主研發(fā)的GB-LLB-8型高速履帶式連續(xù)拉拔機(jī)的主要特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)形式和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)參數(shù)。分析認(rèn)為：高速履帶式連續(xù)拉拔機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)裝配簡(jiǎn)單、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好、生產(chǎn)成本低、生產(chǎn)率高等特點(diǎn)，可以推廣應(yīng)用。

Abstract: The resent development situation and development trend of the continuous-drawing pipe mill are described.A comparison of the cam-type continuous-drawing mill with the hi-speed crawler-type continuous-drawing mill is made, based on which, the GB-LLB-8 hi-speed crawler-type continuous-drawing mill as developed by the company's own technical force is analyzed, focusing on the major characteristics, the structural type and key technical data, etc.As a result, it is concluded that the hispeed crawler-type continuous-drawing pipe mill is in possession of such advantages as simplified structural assembly, fine product quality, high cost-effectiveness, and high productivity, etc., being worth spreading.
