    Development Situation of Domestic Weld Tube-making Industry Since 2012 and Relevant Suggestions

    • 摘要: 回顧并分析了2012年以后我國焊管產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展形勢：2012年以來，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢不佳對我國焊管行業(yè)的影響已顯現(xiàn)，焊管產(chǎn)量增幅大幅回落，焊管產(chǎn)能過剩與市場需求的矛盾更加突出，焊管出口率繼續(xù)下降；2013年1—7月我國焊管產(chǎn)量增長緩慢，增幅繼續(xù)回落，出口增速顯著降低，出口價(jià)格繼續(xù)下滑。提出了對策建議：努力開發(fā)高附加值焊管產(chǎn)品，積極推動焊管企業(yè)裝備升級改造，開拓國際高端管線鋼管市場。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the paper is the development situation of domestic weld tube-making industry since 2012.Negative influence by the depression of the global economy on domestic weld tube-making industry from the year has been manifested, for instance, tremendous falling of the output increase amplitude after a rise, the contradiction between surplus of the production capacity and the market demand being more obvious, and continual going down of the export proportion.From January to July, 2013, output growth of domestic weld tube industry had been sluggish, the increase amplitude continuously and remarkably going down, export growth rate falling down obviously, and the export price continuously declining.Based on the analysis, relevant suggestions are put forward, including making further efforts to develop high value-added products, actively promoting equipment upgrade and revamp of weld tube makers, and further tapping world market potential for high-end steel linepipes, etc.
