    寶鋼Φ610mm ERW機(jī)組柔性成型輥位參數(shù)的確定

    Optimization of Flexible Forming Roll Parameters for Φ610mm ERW Mill in Baosteel

    • 摘要: 通過(guò)線(xiàn)性回歸法計(jì)算出了寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司Φ610 mmERW機(jī)組所有規(guī)格的排輥成型的輥位參數(shù),其中尤為關(guān)鍵的是彎邊、預(yù)成型段、線(xiàn)成型段這3個(gè)自由度最大的排輥成型部分;同時(shí)運(yùn)用二次回歸曲線(xiàn),依據(jù)成型下山法(Downhill),優(yōu)化了排輥部分中的底輥輥位參數(shù),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了帶鋼柔性成型。經(jīng)過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析計(jì)算確定的成型輥位參數(shù)已運(yùn)用于該機(jī)組的大批量生產(chǎn)中。

       

      Abstract: With the linear regression method, all the straight edge forming parameters of Φ610 mm ERW mill located in Baosteel is calculated, covering those for the three critical and the most flexible parts, i.e., edge bending, preforming and linear forming. Meanwhile, with the quadratic regression and as per the downhill process, the bottom roll data are also optimized, actually resulting in the so-called Flexible Forming. As a result, the forming parameters as determined by statistical analysis have been used for massive pipe production with the said Baosteel Φ610 mm ERW mill.
