閉式模鍛一次成形工藝在外加厚油管生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用

Application of Closed-die One-step Formation Forging Process to Production of Externally-upset Tubing

摘要: 介紹了外加厚油管的工藝設(shè)計和實施方法,以及實現(xiàn)閉式模鍛一次成形工藝生產(chǎn)外加厚油管所需要的設(shè)備及輔助設(shè)施。生產(chǎn)實踐證明,采用自行設(shè)計完成的全自動化外加厚油管生產(chǎn)線,可以生產(chǎn)出符合API Spec 5CT標準要求的外加厚油管,應(yīng)用效果良好。

Abstract: Elaborated are the manufacture of the externally-upset tubing, covering such aspects as the process design and the method for implementation thererof, and the main equipment and auxiliary facilities as necessary for producing the tubing with the closed-die one-step formation forging process. The operation practice demonstrates that the fully-automatic production line for the externally-upset tubing as designed and constructed by the company own force is capable of making pipes in compliance with the product specification of API Spec 5CT, being very effective.
