    高鋼級(jí)厚壁螺旋縫焊管殘余應(yīng)力控制措施

    Measures for Control of Residual Stress of High Grade Heavy-wall Helical Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 以目前國(guó)內(nèi)普遍采用的外控式成型方式以及切環(huán)法檢測(cè)殘余應(yīng)力手段為例,介紹了高鋼級(jí)厚壁螺旋縫焊管(Φ1 219 mm×18.4 mm,X80鋼級(jí))殘余應(yīng)力的研究方法,從理論上分析了螺旋縫焊管生產(chǎn)過程中殘余應(yīng)力產(chǎn)生的原因,并從長(zhǎng)期的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中總結(jié)出一些降低和控制殘余應(yīng)力的措施。這些措施在生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中取得了較好的效果,鋼管質(zhì)量得到了大幅度的提升。

       

      Abstract: Taking the currently-used external control type forming process and the ring-cutting process for residual stress measurement as examples, the method for studying residual stress of the high grade helical welded pipe(Φ1 219 mm×18.4 mm, St.X80) is elaborated. And the causes for residual stress developing during the manufacturing process of the said pipe are analyzed theoretically. Moreover some measures for reducing and controlling residual stress of the pipe are summarized via long-time production practices. Such measures are proven to be effective via actual operations, having enabled remarkably improvement of steel tube quality.
