    Application of Network Control System to Induction Heating Equipment

    • 摘要: 介紹了S7-300系列PLC與PROFIBUS-DP、以太網(wǎng)組成二級計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)在感應(yīng)加熱設(shè)備上的應(yīng)用情況。重點描述了一級、二級網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備組成以及在生產(chǎn)過程中完成的功能和作用,闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用的優(yōu)越性和高效性。

       

      Abstract: Described is the application of the 2-level computerized network control system composed of the S7-300 Series PLC and PROFIBU-DP and ethernet to the induction heating equipment,focusing on the equipment configuration and functions in the production process.Also discussed are the superiority and hi-efficiency of application of the said network control system to the modernized production.
