    新型穿孔頂頭的研制

    RESEARCH ON NEW TYPE PIERCING PLUG

    • 摘要: 研制了Φ50mm穿孔機(jī)用新型小規(guī)格穿孔頂頭。介紹了該穿孔頂頭的材料選擇原則及外形曲線和內(nèi)孔結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計原理、制造工藝、熱處理工藝和使用時的冷卻狀況等。實(shí)踐表明,該新型穿孔頂頭使用壽命較長,使用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: The article involves the development of the small-sized new type plug of the 50mm piercer, covering such aspects of the new type plug as material selection,design principle of plug profile and bore structure,manufacturing process and cooling conditions during heat-treatment.Relevant operational practice has proven that the newly developed plug has longer service life and is very effective.
