    熔結(jié)環(huán)氧粉末外涂層技術(shù)在海底管線中的應用

    Application of Technique of External Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating to Submarine Pipelines

    • 摘要: 介紹了環(huán)氧粉末外涂層在海底管道中的應用現(xiàn)狀及其特點,對環(huán)氧粉末外涂層的涂敷工藝和增阻工藝進行了分析。分析結(jié)果表明,采用熔結(jié)環(huán)氧粉末外涂層+粘膠劑+聚乙烯顆粒的增阻工藝時,防腐層具有很強的抗剪切力,可以在海底管線中廣泛應用。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the paper are the current situation and characteristics of application of the external fusion bonded epoxy coating technique to submarine pipelines.And analyzed are the application process and the drag process associated with the said coating technique.As a result,it is demonstrated that in case of using the drag process of external fusion bonded epoxy coating + bonding agent + polyethylene particles,the anti-corrosion layer possesses very high shear force resistance,and is worth using widely for submarine pipeline purpose.
