摘要: 根據三輥軋管變形的特點,分析了三輥軋管輥形在變形區(qū)各段對荒管內擴徑值的影響,并進行了實驗論證,提出了軋輥臺肩和輾軋帶母線與出口錐母線的夾角是影響軋后荒管內擴徑值的主要因素。Abstract: The effects of the roll configuration of the 3-roll pipe rolling at all stages of the deformation zone on the shell inside diameter expansion value are analyzed based on the deformation features of the 3-roll pipe rolling and verified with experiments. It is pointed out that the angle between the axis of the roll shoulder and tube rolling and the axis of the outlet cone is the main factor that affects the inside diameter expansion value of rolled pipes.
