    Research on HFW Process with Gleeble 3500 Thermal Simulator

    • 摘要: 采用Gleeble 3500實驗機模擬了HFW焊接過程,研究了焊縫區(qū)金屬擠出溫度及其硬度和組織。結果表明:擠壓形變量、擠壓應力的波動變化主要與焊縫區(qū)金屬擠出過程及焊后冷卻過程中的相變有關;試驗鋼碳當量越高,焊縫區(qū)金屬擠出開始溫度就越高,終止溫度就越低,不僅影響焊接質(zhì)量,而且影響生產(chǎn)效率。

       

      Abstract: With the Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation testing machine, the HFW process is simulated to analyze the extrusion temperature, hardness and microstructure of weld zone metal.The test result shows that fluctuations of the extrusion deformation rate and the extrusion strain are mainly related to the phase transition of the weld zone metal during extrusion process and the after-welding cooling process.The higher the carbon equivalent of the tested steel, the higher the initial temperature of the weld zone metal extrusion, whereas the lower the final temperature, which not only affects the welding quality, but also affects the production efficiency.
