微張力減徑的鋼管質(zhì)量及其控制
QUALITY CONTROL REGARDING STEEL PIPE SLIGHT-STRETCH REDUCING

摘要: 介紹了衡陽鋼管廠φ108mm三輥軋管機(jī)組配置12架微張力減徑機(jī)生產(chǎn)中厚壁鋼管的外徑精度、壁厚精度及內(nèi)外表面質(zhì)量情況。實(shí)踐證明采用合理的減徑工藝制度,用一組微張力減徑機(jī)代替二輥減徑機(jī)+回轉(zhuǎn)定徑機(jī)生產(chǎn)中厚壁鋼管是極為成功的。Abstract: The paper describes the O.D. and wall-thickness tolerances and internal/external surface quality of midium and heavy wall steel pipes produced in Hengyang Steel Pipe Factory by means of φ108mm three-roll mill complete with a 12-stand slight-stretch reducing mill. The practice proves it very successful to produce such pipes by applying proper reducing process and using a slight-stretch reducing mill instead of two-roll reducing mill plus rotary sizing mill.
