    殘余應(yīng)力對ERW管線管制造過程的影響分析

    Analysis of Influence by Residual Stress on Manufacture Process of ERW Linepipe

    • 摘要: 通過對殘余應(yīng)力形成過程及原因的機(jī)理研究,采用塑性變形和相關(guān)性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,分析了殘余應(yīng)力對ERW管線管制造過程的影響,并就減少ERW管線管制管過程中的殘余應(yīng)力提出控制措施。認(rèn)為要避免焊接前帶鋼的不對稱變形和回彈應(yīng)力的影響,定徑和水壓試驗(yàn)是較為重要的工序。

       

      Abstract: Based on the research result relating to the mechanism for development of and causes for residual stress, the influence by residual stress on the manufacture process of ERW linepipe is analyzed by means of plastic deformation analysis method and relative statistic method. Accordingly control actions are proposed in order to reduce the residual stress as developed in the manufacturing process of ERW linepipe. It is regarded that sizing and hydrostatic testing are both two critical processes to prevent the pre-welding asymmetric deformation and the influence of resilient stress of the steel strip.
