彎頭管端自動火焰切割機的研制

R&D of Flame Cutting Machine for Elbow Cropping

摘要: 針對現(xiàn)有彎頭管端切割方式的不足,設(shè)計研制出一種主要用于Ф400~1400mm規(guī)格彎頭管端切割的自動火焰切割機。詳細介紹了該火焰切割機的結(jié)構(gòu)、切割工藝和參數(shù)、電氣控制及生產(chǎn)操作要點。實際應(yīng)用表明,該彎頭管端自動切割機結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、制造成本低,實際應(yīng)用中操作方便、運行平穩(wěn)且切割斷面質(zhì)量良好。

Abstract: Addressing the shortcomings of the regularly-used process for elbow cropping,an automatic flame cutting machine as used mainly for cropping of elbows with a size range of Ф400~1 400 mm is designed and developed.Described in details are the main aspects of the machine,covering the structure,the cutting process and parameters,the electric control and the operation tips.The operation pratice of the machine demonstrates that it is in possession of such advantages as structural simplicity,high manufacture cost effectiveness,and easy operation,running smoothness and consistency,and fine cut-off end face.
