    鍍鋅鋼管雙引出工藝設備的探討

    INVESTIGATION OF EQUIPMENT OF DUAL-LEADING OUT PROCESS FOR GALVANIZED STEEL TUBES

    • 摘要: 分析了我國鍍鋅鋼管雙引出工藝設備的現(xiàn)狀。介紹了星輪齒盤式與螺旋式雙引出工藝設備的特點,指出雙排螺旋機組的綜合指標較高,并對齒盤式雙引出機組的磁力輥道及鍍后處理設備提出了改進設想。

       

      Abstract: The current situation of the equipment of the dual-leading out process for steel tube galvanization in the country is investigated and a comparison between features of the star-wheel/toothed disc type line and those of the screw type line is made, pointing out that the dual-row screw type line is better in terms of comprehensive indexes.In addition, measures for improving the magnetic roller table and after-galvanization processing equipment of the toothed disc type dual-leading out line are proposed.
