新型CZ-4型玻璃潤(rùn)滑劑在斜軋穿孔機(jī)穿制不銹鋼管的應(yīng)用
APFLICATION OF NEWLY-DEVELOPED CZ-4 VITREOUS LUBRICANT FOR PIERCING STAINLESS STEEL PIPE ON CROSS-ROLLING PIERCING MILL

摘要: 介紹了CZ-4型玻璃潤(rùn)滑劑的性能。采用CZ-4型玻璃潤(rùn)滑劑穿制不銹鋼毛管的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,這種潤(rùn)滑劑能滿足穿制長(zhǎng)度大于900mm管坯的工藝要求;能降低鋁合金頂頭和穿孔導(dǎo)板的消耗。Abstract: The properties of CZ-4 vitreous lubricant are described in the paper. The result from the experiment on piercing stainless steel pipe with the new lubricant shows that it can meet the technical requirements in case of piercing shell over 900mm in length, meanwhile the consumption of Molybdenum-base alloy plug and guiding plate of the mill can be reduced.
