Φ180 mm PQF連軋管機(jī)組125 mm孔型的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

Design and Development of 125 mm Pass of Φ180 mm PQF Mill

摘要: 為擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品規(guī)格范圍，在Φ180 mm PQF連軋管機(jī)組原有孔型的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)125 mm新孔型。以生產(chǎn)Φ73 mm×4.0 mm無縫鋼管為例，介紹產(chǎn)品的穿孔、連軋、定（減）徑機(jī)125 mm孔型的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)，描述125 mm新孔型的設(shè)計(jì)思路、開發(fā)過程及試生產(chǎn)情況。生產(chǎn)結(jié)果表明：125 mm孔型設(shè)計(jì)合理，且產(chǎn)品表面質(zhì)量良好、壁厚精度高；125 mm孔型的成功開發(fā)，使Φ180 mm PQF連軋管機(jī)組的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格范圍下限由Φ114 mm×4.0 mm擴(kuò)展至Φ73 mm×4.0 mm。

Abstract: To expand the product size range,a new 125 mm pass of the Φ180 mm PQF mill is designed and developed based on the original pass.Taking the production of the Φ73 mm×4.0 mm pipe as an example,the design and development of 125 mm pass for the piercer,the PQF proper and sizing (reducing) mill are described,focusing on the design thinking,the development activities and the trial production.The actual production result demonstrates that the design of the 125 mm pass is reasonable,the pipe surface quality is good,and the WT accuracy is high.The successful development of the 125 mm pass has got the lower limit of the product size range of the Φ180 mm PQF mill enhanced from the original Φ114 mm×4.0 mm up to Φ73 mm×4.0 mm.
