    MODIFICATION OF CONNECTION BETWEEN ANVIL AND DIE OF PNEUMATIC HAMMER

    • 摘要: 簡介了空氣錘錘砧錘模聯(lián)接方式改進(jìn)前后的使用狀況。采用法蘭聯(lián)接，螺栓、彈簧預(yù)緊的方式，空氣錘的維修費(fèi)用大大降低，停機(jī)率下降，取得了較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。該方法適用于冷拔鋼管廠同類設(shè)備改進(jìn)時(shí)參考。

       

      Abstract: The brief introduction involves the operational performances of the pneumatic hammer before and after modification of the anvil-die connection. Thanks to the improved connecting technique which involves the employment of flange connection, bolting and spring pre-tighting,both maintenence cost and downtime of the pneumatic hammer have been considerably reduced, resulting in better economic benefit. The said technique is worth taking into consideration in case of modification of similar equipment in cold-drawn steel pipe mills.
