摘要: 介紹了GE Fanuc PLC作為Accu Roll軋管機(jī)組的基礎(chǔ)控制單元的整套自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)情況。簡述了該機(jī)組主要設(shè)備的工作流程、自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的控制范圍與功能要求;詳細(xì)描述了采用GE Fanuc方案的系統(tǒng)硬件、軟件配置,程序架構(gòu)和相應(yīng)控制功能與特點(diǎn)。Abstract: Described in the paper are the engineering and realization of the complete package of automation system with GE Fanuc PLCs as basic control units for the Accu-Roll pipe mill.Briefed are the operation flows of the main units, and the control scope and function requirements of the automaton system.Detailed are the GE Fanuc system hard-ware, software configuration, program structure and relevant control functions and characteristics.
