火力和原子能發(fā)電鍋爐用9~13Cr鋼無縫管的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀
PRESENT DEVELOPMENTS OF 9~13Cr SEAMLESS STEEL PIPE FOR THERMAL AND NUCLEAR POWER BOILERS

摘要: 綜述了國(guó)外火力和原子能發(fā)電生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。由于發(fā)電設(shè)備向高溫、高壓和大容量化發(fā)展,近年來國(guó)外一直致力于研制9~13Cr高鉻鋼管取代鍋爐現(xiàn)用的18-8系不銹鋼管。較詳細(xì)地介紹了提高9~13Cr鋼高溫蠕變強(qiáng)度的措施。Abstract: The developments of the thermal and nuclear power generating technology abroad are surveyed. Since the power generating equipments tend to high temperature, high pressure and large capacity, the foreign countries have been developing 9~13Cr steel pipes with high Cr content instead of the current 18~8 stainless steel boiler pipes. The measures to improve high temperature creep rupture strength of 9~13Cr steel are detailed.
