    國產(chǎn)800合金U形傳熱管綜合性能分析

    Analysis of Comprehensive Performance of Home-made 800 Alloy U-shaped Heat-conduction Tube

    • 摘要: 對國產(chǎn)核電蒸汽發(fā)生器用800合金傳熱管的綜合性能進行系統(tǒng)分析。分析認為：國產(chǎn)蒸汽發(fā)生器用800合金傳熱管產(chǎn)品的各項性能指標均符合采購技術(shù)條件的要求；國產(chǎn)蒸汽發(fā)生器用800合金U形傳熱管具有較好的無損檢測合格率，內(nèi)渦流檢測最小信噪比集中控制在10～50，管材平均信噪比控制在15～80，內(nèi)渦流信噪比保持在較高水平；國產(chǎn)蒸汽發(fā)生器用800合金U形傳熱管可靠性應(yīng)用試驗性能與國外進口同類管材相當(dāng)。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed systematically in the paper is the com prehensive performance of the home-made 800 alloy heat-conduction tube for home-made nuclear power steam generator. As a result,it is regarded that the said heat-conduction tube has all of its performance indexes up to the requirements under applicable purchase conditions;the NDT qualification rate of the tube is good;the minimum S/N ratio from the internal eddy current detection for the tube is centralizedly controlled to 10~50,and the tube’s average S/N ratio is controlled to 15~80,which means that in general the tube’s internal eddy current S/N keeps a rather high level. The reliability applied-test performance of the home-made 800 alloy U-shaped heat-conduction tube for the home-made nuclear power steam generator is equivalent to the imported tubular goods of the same kind.
