    PIC—A HIGH-EFFECTIVE ULTRA-LONG TUBULAR PRODUCT

    • 摘要: PIC管采用長的去除內(nèi)毛刺的電焊管或無縫管作為坯管,經(jīng)感應(yīng)加熱后進(jìn)行張力減徑,然后熱卷曲成卷。此類鋼管的直徑小,長度大,組織性能均勻,塑性好,可滿足特殊行業(yè)使用管材的要求。簡(jiǎn)介了該管的特性、規(guī)格、化學(xué)成分、生產(chǎn)工藝及應(yīng)用范圍。

       

      Abstract: The PIC tube is made of long,internally-deburred electrical weld tube or seamless steel tube by means of induction heating,stretch-reducing and hot-coiling.Thanks to its characteristics such as small size range,broad length range,structural uniformity and appropriate plasticity,the product can meet requirements for certain special applications.Briefly described in the article are such main aspects of the tubular product as characterisitics,size range,chemical composition as well as application scope.
