    Selection of Inner Burr-cutting Tools for Friction-welded Oil Drill Pipe

    • 摘要: 結(jié)合石油鉆桿摩擦焊內(nèi)毛刺去除技術(shù)要求,從沖切刃具基本結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對(duì)比分析其主要特點(diǎn)及工藝要求。介紹不同形式刃口的沖切原理及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn);總結(jié)內(nèi)沖刃具在內(nèi)沖過(guò)程中的技術(shù)要點(diǎn),及內(nèi)沖常見(jiàn)失效形式、失效原因及處理建議。通過(guò)研究沖切刃具技術(shù)參數(shù)及工藝要求,合理選擇適用的沖切刃具,可以有效減少內(nèi)沖失效的發(fā)生,從而提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

       

      Abstract: Based on the technical requirements for inner burr removal of the friction-welded oil drill pipe,and the basic structure of the cutting tool,relevant main characteristics and technological requirements are compared and analyzed.The punching principle,and advantages and disadvantages of different types of blade edges are described.And the key technical tips concerning operating the internal punching tool during the internal punching process,and the common failure types and reasons thereof are summarized,and accordingly relevant countermeasures are proposed.It is concluded that properly selecting the punching tools via studies on the cutting tool technical parameters and technical requirements will reduce the internal punching failure rate so as to improve the product quality.
